I would like to first state that whatever I may say in this post may not be completely accurate, but the questions are answered to the best of my ability. 1. From the post you have written, I would say that your english is just fine. 2. This is Eragon, and I do not think that actually reading the books would do any more than allow one to accurately know the history of the land. I cannot honestly say that the movie does not follow the book precisely, as I have yet to see it, I think that it would be acceptable to only have the knowledge of what the movie contains as long as it is held to be the perspective of the events from one groups points of view that have been altered over time. If I have confused anyone about that it will be pointless to ask me to elaborate upon it(I might not remember what I mean and become as lost as you). 3. I would be willing to provide information if it is within my ability to obtain it, but would reccomend that you check the official Eragon website for the information you seek. If I do not know, and no one else can prvode the information I would definately ask the admin. (here at this link is a source for Eragon information: www.shurtugal.com/ ) 4. On the main page there is a thread that contains one post that shows an example of how the game is played. It is to the best of my knowledge the only post so far. (here at this link is the post I reffered to: argetaiedail.proboards98.com/index.cgi?board=drasleona&action=display&thread=1164633695 ) I would think that since this thread has been designated as out of character, it would be an appropriate place to put your questions, however I think a thread should be made that is for questions so there is no confusion in the future. As to making a character that speaks bad english, I thinks its a great idea. It gives a more accurate portrayal of the varying levels of education that one would recieve in a civilization at the stage of developement in Eragon I would like to let you know that I have met people that write and speak english much, much worse than your post, so I wouldn't be sorry about having less knowledge about english thansome others, but expect to see others that have worse writing skills than yourself. I will email you if you don't reply by Wednesday or so, unless I forget. I don't have the best memory either.

Thanks fore your reply. It enlighted me alot. Now fore something exactly the same. More questions.
1. Is ther lone dragons? Dragons without riders? Do they hatch and grow up in "normal" dragon speed without humans?
2. If abowe question is YES, is it possible fore me to creat one?
3. Are all dragons females?
4. Can you name any races and short description about them? I know about Elves, Vardeners and like humans. Are there more? Think I heard dwarfs mentioning in the movie.

1. According to the book, and from what I have read from the site, yes there are lone dragons. 2.I am not sure, you can either pm the admin, or create one and see what she says about it in the character creation area. 3.No, in the books, thorn is Murtagh's dragon partner, and Thorn is male. The only dragon in the books that has more than a word or two about him/her is male except Saphira. 4.Okay, her I go. this may be incomplete, but its all I know for sure:
Elves: They are very strong, proud and the best magic wielders in the world. the weakest elf could beat any human in magic, strength, swordfighting... pretty much anything really. The only exception are fully trained dragon riders. they are also immortal.
Dwarves: They live much,, much longer than humans, but aren't immortal. They are stout, powerful warriors. some of them aid the Varden, but they are not directly included with the Varden. Dwarves can't be dragon riders unless the magic allowing elves and humans to become dragonriders is changed. As it is, humans are only riders because the magic was changed once already, which is why humans take on the appearance and skills of elves over time.
The Varden: The Varden is a group of people that oppose the empire, not a race. They used to live in the mountain city of the dwarves, but moved to the city of Surda.
Urgal: Ugly barbarinistic race, they have horns growing out of their heads and tend to mainly fight against other Urgals, though when under a spell they will ignore each other and work together. they tend to work for King Galbatorix. Their are some Urgal that are small giants, they are elite Urgal untis and can run almost nonstop for days at great speeds. They are called Kull.
Shades: Shades are spellcasters controlled by evil spirits that were summoned that were stronger than the spell caster. The only wayto kill them is a throust through the heart. I think there are only three shades that have been recorded as being killed according to the books. Any fatal wound that they recieve that isn't through thier heart will cause them to disapear and reapear somewhere else in a spirit form. When they regain a physical form they are said to be even stronger than when they were destroyed.
Ra'zac: they are demonic bird creatures that eat the flesh of men to live. When they reach maturity they turn into flying bug things and carry their choldren around until they mature fully. They are stronger and faster than men.
Humans: Well... they are humans. I would say that humans are in the shipping era of the european countries, only weaponry is still at catapult/bow-and-aroww stages. They don't really have cannons or guns. they use swords and spears, and one witch uses a dwarf priest weapon that from its description resemble a collapsable double-ended glaive.
I hope this helps.

1st: Are humans the only ones that can become dragon riders?
2nd: Lone dragons. Are they as powerfull as dragons with riders? Can they do magic? Fly? Fart fire?

No problem, 1.No, origionally only elves could become Riders, but they changed the magic that only let elves become riders to allow humans to. I do not remember why, but only humans and elves have ever been riders, and unless the spell is changed(which is very unlikely) they will remain that way.
2. This is highly debateable, but here is the most unbiased answer I can think of. This is accurate to the best of my knowledge. Rider Dragons can communicate with thier riders which allows them to draw upon thier knowledge and energy, which would definately be a plus. However, Rider Dragons ussually die if thier Rider is killed. All dragons learn to breathe fire at about 6 months I think, wild or not, and a dragon's magic is different than ordinary magic and they cannot control it. Unless there is somethong wrong with the dragon, they should all be able to fly. As to farting fire... I couldn't say, though I am sure that if they could it would be an interesting thing to witness.

Hehe.. Thanks for your reply. It helps me alot to make an character. Only one final question. How long time do it take fore dragons to grow up? In the movie the litle Saphire flyes away and "Poff" shes grown up by some magic mojo. This happens to all dragons or the movies way to shorten things down?

No problem, I am glad to help.
Dragons grow up somewhat quickly. After they hatch they will only be small enough to keep in a house for about a week or two. In the next couple of months the dragon should be big enough to hold its rider and after another month or so have little to no problems flying with its rider. At 6 months it should be able to breathe fire. After that they will continue to grow. I do not think there is a limit to how big they can get.
